Tarlac is a city and capital of the landlocked province of Tarlac in the Philippines. As of the 2010 Census, it had a population of 318,332 people.

The city is situated at the center of the province. To its north is Gerona, west is San Jose, south is Capas and Concepcion and eastern boundaries are Victoria and La Paz.
